Nuit et Jour Atelier Sleepwear is based in Australia and sending out worldwide!

PRODUCTION TIME

Nuit et Jour Atelier Sleepwear is a Print on Demand retail store. Products are sent to my Production Partner (Contrado) as orders are placed. Please be aware this process of production and postage can be approx 1 - 2 weeks combined.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at deborahbatchelor@me.com or call me at +61 405 685 750

MULTIPLE ADDRESSES

We don't offer the shipment to multiple addresses for one order. If you'd like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

WRONG ADDRESS

If you provide a wrong address during checkout and our product is returned to us then you will be responsible for all shipping costs for re-sending the product. deborahbatchelor@me.com

DELAYED

However, there are some cases of delay. We will contact you immediately if the order is delayed over 14 business days.

TRACKING AN ORDER

Once your order has been shipped, your order comes with a tracking number allowing you to track it until it is delivered to you. 

Parcels Damaged In Transit If you find that a package is damaged in transit, please reject the package from the courier if possible and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered without your presence, please contact customer service for the next steps deborahbatchelor@me.com
